How much does it cost to list?
Listing is free. When you get a booking we keep a 3% host fee from the stay price (nights plus cleaning fee); guests pay a separate 10% service fee.
When and how do I get paid?
Guests pay upfront via M-Pesa when they book. Your payout — the stay price minus the 3% host fee — is sent to your M-Pesa number after the guest checks in.
How does listing approval work?
When you submit a listing our team checks the photos, description and location, usually within 24 hours. If something needs fixing we'll tell you exactly what, and you can resubmit straight away.
Can I choose who stays at my place?
Yes. Turn off Instant Book and every guest sends a request you can accept or decline. Declined guests are refunded in full automatically.
What if I need the place for myself?
Block any dates on your calendar in a couple of taps. Blocked nights can't be booked, and you can unblock them whenever you like.
What happens if a guest cancels?
Refunds follow the cancellation policy you choose — Flexible, Moderate or Strict — and are worked out automatically, so there's nothing to negotiate.
